Father of mercies, I carry my friend in my chest. They are miles from home, and I am here, wanting to do more than wish.
I don't know what they face today. I only know they are tired in a way that doesn't show on their face.
Hold them in Your quiet. Keep them from breaking. Remind them they are not forgotten.
You see the weight they don't name. You know the loneliness that walks beside them. Help me trust You're near, even when distance lies.
