Lord, You who walked the road
I see them carrying weight they don't talk about. Their eyes are tired from holding it all in. They smile at meetings but I know it's thin. I don't know how to fix it, but I see it.
Steady their steps. Loosen the grip of fear. Remind them they are not alone in this.
You see what they won't say. You know the cost of every silent hour. Help them feel held, even when no one else notices.
Sit with them in the quiet. Don't rush to speak.
