God of the morning

The clock says five. My body says done. My mind is still scrolling. My shoulders still tight. I am not asking You to fix my day. I am asking You to meet me here.

Steady my breath. Loosen my grip on the list. Remind me that rest is not earned.

You see the weight I carry home. You know the noise I can't shake. Help me sit in this quiet, even if it feels like nothing.

In Jesus' name we pray. Amen.
